Return Policy
Special Occasion Boutique offers the lowest prices on its merchandise. To keep costs low for our customers, the store has a No Refunds policy. Please make your selections carefully.
If you are in Northern California you can have your dress shipped to our boutique where you may come in and try it on for your size.
You may only exchange the gown or dress purchased for another size. For your convenience we have a size chart that you may refer to. You must call us first to receive an authorization ticket for return.
Please note that colors on your screen may appear different than real life.
We can not accept returns on any custom gowns. All gowns and dresses must be received in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging. Products that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price.
Other Products
All Sales Are Final. There are NO returns/exchanges on Shoes, Jewelry, Headpieces, or any other Accessories.
Damaged Products
Every product that leaves our store is hand inspected for any defects. All products shipped are authentic and brand new. If you feel that you have received a damaged product, you must contact us within 2 business days.
We will contact the manufacturer and ship a new product to you as quickly as possible. Special Occasion Boutique will incur shipping charges on damaged products.
If the product has been misused or was not defective, it will be shipped back to you. Special Occasion Boutique will not incur any shipping charges on non defective or misused products.
Cancellations
There are NO cancellations on rush orders, in stock dresses, orders from manufacturers stock inventory, Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Prom dresses, Mothers dresses, Shoes or Accessories. All orders must be canceled within 24 hours of initial purchase and there will be a 50% cancellation fee. We will do everything in our power to honor your cancellation request without being obligated to the Products. If the manufacturer accepts the cancellation from us, we then will accept the cancellation from you.
